Susie took over Cedar House Interiors in 2001 having been in the business for many years before that. Fiona joined the company seven years ago and the Company has gone from strength. We have just had the busiest year yet being involved in both domestic and commercial projects
We offer a full design service for all rooms, to include colour boards and floor plans and the implementation and supervision of all projects as required.
We are able to work with architects if necessary and will advise on all aspects of interior decoration including all wall coverings, paint, upholstery, carpets, curtains and blinds, furniture and lighting. We will advise on kitchens and bathrooms and will supply fittings if required.
Alternatively we can do as little as one pair of curtain or a blind if that is all that is needed.
Our philosophy is that we want to make interior design a joy and not the work that some people find it. Also we realise that the property belongs to the owner and that their requirements and input are most important and that no two houses should look the same.
Our recent work has included large country houses, the refurbishment of a hotel in North Yorkshire, bedrooms in a modern hotel and various rooms In properties all over the country both traditional and contemporary.
